Delivery times will vary depending on location. Please see below for estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched.
United States
- Complimentary standard shipping over $100. Orders less than $100 are shipped for $7.90 flat rate.
- 2 - 5 business days.
Canada
- Standard shipping is flat rate $20 USD.
- 2 - 7 business days.
- Canadian import duties and tax will be charged at the checkout.
- Shipments will be delivered DDP (delivered duty paid) and you will not be responsible for any further charges upon delivery.
- Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Rest of the world
- $40 USD.
- 7 - 16 business days.

Please note:
- Customers are liable for customs taxes and duties if shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada and will be contacted by local customs agencies or the shipping provider directly to settle these charges.
- Bed Threads is required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
- There may be delays if your package is held up in customs.
- We are unable to ship to the following countries: North Korea, Syria, Yemen, Iran and Crimea (Ukraine).
- All orders to the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia will require a PO Box address to be successfully delivered.
Returns
We offer returns for eligible change of mind purchases within 45 days. Change of mind refunds incur a single $10 processing fee (or $20 for international orders outside the US). Items marked as 'final sale' from our Last Chance collection are not eligible for return or exchange. Your item must be in their original condition (tags attached, unused and unwashed and in the original packaging).
To take the stress out of gifting, we’re offering 60-day returns on all items purchased (excluding final sale items from our Last Chance collection) prior to 25 December 2024. Any gifts returned without an order receipt will be eligible for store credit or exchange of equivalent value.

While we hope you love and use your Threads for years to come, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out, and we will of course (happily!) refund or exchange your order should there be an issue. Still, we kindly ask that you are mindful about your environmental impact, and that each order is placed consciously, with the intention of keeping all items ordered. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and any items returned in unused condition are returned to stock, ready for a new home. Before initiating your return please consider the waste and carbon emission impact of making a return, or placing an order with the intention of only keeping some of the items.
Please note, any import or duties tax charged is non-refundable.
Furniture Shipping & Returns
Please note that our standard Returns Policy does not apply to Bed Threads Furniture collections. Bed Threads Furniture is currently only available in Australia and the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping on furniture goods to other regions at this time.
Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your furniture to arrive. Note bulky furniture orders must be signed for upon delivery and will only be delivered curbside. For heavier items, arrange to have extra assistance to carry your items indoors. You will be contacted by our shipping carriers with an estimated delivery window after placing your order. If the proposed window is not suitable, please advise the carrier and they will offer an alternate timeframe.
Change of mind purchases can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. All return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer, so please choose carefully and read all product details before making a purchase. Items must also be returned in original packaging, so please be mindful when unpacking your furniture pieces. Should you wish to initiate a change of mind return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bedthreads.com.au
In the unlikely event your furniture piece arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, please report this immediately to our Customer Service team at hello@bedthreads.com.au along with:
- Photographs of the external packaging
- Photographs of the damage or fault
- Detailed description of the damage or fault
Once we've reviewed your case, our Customer Service team will work with you to organize a refund for product cost only or replacement item.
Bed Threads Gallery
Please note that our standard Returns Policy does not apply to Bed Threads Gallery artworks. Due to their limited edition nature, Bed Threads Gallery items are final sale and not able to be returned for exchange or refund. Please choose carefully and read all details prior to purchase. Delivered artworks must be opened within 24 hours of receiving them to ensure no damage has occurred during transit. In the unlikely event this happens, please contact us immediately at hello@bedthreads.com.au
Faulty items
Each and every Bed Threads order is subject to strict quality inspections during the manufacturing and packing process. We stand by linen’s inherently hardwearing qualities and pride ourselves on manufacturing our range of bedding and homewares to the highest standards so you can enjoy them for years to come. Still, the nature of some heavy-use items lends them to wear faster than others, and for this reason our products are subject to the below warranty periods to reflect the different uses of our beautiful linen.
Please note, linen is a completely natural fibre and as such, variations in color and texture are considered a normal part of linen’s unique beauty, and not a fault of the fabric. This guarantee also does not apply to change of mind returns, or damage inflicted by improper or negligent usage (including but not limited to: stains from food, household products, or body oils; incorrect washing or drying; snags or tears from exposure to sharp objects).
- All Linen Items - 24 Months
While we’re unable to replace or refund your Threads after these warranty periods elapse, we suggest you to closely follow our care instructions to extend the life of your linen. Should you have an issue with your purchase outside this warranty period, we encourage you to contact us at hello@bedthreads.com.au and we will work with you to arrive at a desirable outcome.
Spare Parts
We will gladly replace any buttons free of charge for the lifetime of your purchase. Please email us hello@bedthreads.com.au should you require any replacement buttons, regardless of when you made your purchase.
Bed Threads Furniture
Our furniture range is designed to be long-lasting and durable though, as our products are made from entirely natural materials and may be subject to heavy use over their lifetime, we cannot guarantee their longevity indefinitely. Please closely follow our care instructions to protect and extend the life of your purchase.
All Bed Threads Furniture items are subject to the below warranty periods, and are eligible for replacement should a genuine defect arise within these timeframes. Please note any improper or negligent use will void this warranty. This includes but is not limited to: failure to properly care for your furniture items in accordance with our care instructions, damage inflicted by general wear and tear (scratches, discoloration from sun exposure, breakages as a result of dropping items), using globes beyond the maximum allowable wattage in our light fixtures, and use of furniture pieces outside regular household residential settings.

Warranty Claim Process
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product, or a fault has become apparent within the specified warranty period, please send us an email at hello@bedthreads.com.au with the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- Photographs and description of the fault
We will review your case and work together to provide the best solution.
If your items are deemed to have a genuine defect you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
